The Tundra sessions are designed to energize and ground you, using cold exposure and heat to reset the nervous system, boost clarity, and elevate mood. It’s simple, powerful, and built for the season we’re in. - (Booking Policy) - Our sessions are small by design. Space is limited so we can keep things intentional. Booking ahead helps us plan and hold the experience with care. Walk-ins aren’t available (yet), so reserve your spot early if you’d like to join. - (Cancellation Policy) - Life happens. If you can’t make it, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else. This helps us keep things flowing for the whole crew. - (Waitlist Policy) - If a session fills up, hop on the waitlist. We’ll reach out if a spot opens . It's first come, first serve.
