1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website (www.somasomaculture.com), booking a session, or attending a SOMA SOMA event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or attend our events.

2. Session Types & Booking
SOMA SOMA offers guided group sessions, one-on-one experiences, and self-guided sessions involving sauna, cold immersion, firelight, and related experiences. By booking, you confirm you are physically able to participate and understand the inherent risks involved.
All bookings are first-come, and space is limited. You are responsible for checking session details, showing up on time, and following facilitator guidance.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to safety concerns, facilitator availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or credit.

4. Assumption of Risk & Participant Waiver
By attending a SOMA SOMA session or event, you acknowledge that sauna use, cold immersion, and breathwork carry inherent physical risks. You voluntarily assume all responsibility for your health and safety, and release SOMA SOMA, its facilitators, and property owners from liability for injury, loss, or damage.
You agree not to attend if you have any health condition (including heart or circulatory conditions, epilepsy, or respiratory issues) that may be aggravated by intense heat, cold, or breath retention, unless cleared by a medical provider.

5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and safely. We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavio, without refund.

6. Media Release
We may occasionally photograph or film sessions for social media, documentation, or promotional use. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify us in advance.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, branding, photography, and writing, is the property of SOMA SOMA and may not be reused or distributed without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services
SOMA SOMA may use third-party tools such as Wix, Flodesk, or Stripe to facilitate bookings, email, and payments. Use of these services is governed by their respective Terms & Conditions.

9. Force Majeure
SOMA SOMA is not liable for any delay or cancellation due to weather, natural disaster, illness, government order, or events outside of our control.

10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or participation in our offerings constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
